You Will Say is a collaboration between Roberley Bell and graphic designer Lorrie Frear. The book brings together their shared interest in language as a visual element. The small, intimate book is a visual and textual exploration into the reflective response to Bell's deafness. The text, written on a blackboard and then erased away, expresses visually the frustration of trying to interpret language audibly. Funded by a production grant from the Women's Studio Workshop.
