Artificial turf and flowers on plywood with picket fence and earth,
12'x12'x4'. Installation, National Public Radio, Washington, DC.
"Locus" addresses the dialogue between
the artificial and the natural in relation to our need for order.
These ideas are applied to the creation of an intimate sense of
place in a vast urban environment. Within two plots of land, enclosed
in white picket fences, artificial flowers spell out "desire"
and "regret."
